Quotes and Payments

• Estimates: All quotes are free unless otherwise noted and are based on the scope of work provided at the time of the site visit or inquiry.
• Final Pricing: Any changes to the scope of work (e.g., additional trees, hidden hazards, access challenges) may affect the final cost.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may incur service charges.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. However, weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen issues may require rescheduling. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new service time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Safety

Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service request if it presents undue risk to people, property, or the environment. Clients must ensure access to the work site is clear and safe for our equipment and crew.
